Carlos Galliani joined Ben Martin Law Group in 2026. He focuses his practice on claims involving medical devices and pharmaceuticals, multidistrict litigation, mass torts, and personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, Carlos spent over a decade representing plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury matters, bringing with him a well-rounded background in trucking, premises liability, and non-subscriber litigation. Carlos has tried over 15 cases to verdict as lead counsel during his career.
