Before Tim decided to devote his practice to advocating for injured individuals, Tim began his legal career specializing in estate and trust litigation before broadening his practice to general civil litigation. As an experienced litigator, Tim has represented clients in Texas and across the country in a wide range of complex civil litigation with a focus on commercial litigation.
